Membrane based nitrogen generators are well suited for low flow nitrogen requirements typically required in laboratory applications. Laboratory uses of nitrogen include chromatographs, ICP and LCMS equipment. Feed air may be supplied by a compressor or existing instrument air network within the laboratory to feed the nitrogen generator.
Based on hollow fiber membrane owned technology, our nitrogen membrane generator, SPI, can produce at rates from 5 to 100 l/min, and purities of 95 to 99.95% at pressures reaching 11 barg.
