Nexelia for Reflow Soldering is used to generate and carefully monitor inert atmosphere into your reflow oven. The solution combines nitrogen supply with an automated controlling system to automatically adjust the inert atmosphere composition in the reflow oven.

  • Nexelia for Cooling Systems

Nexelia for Cooling Systems works by recycling the cold generated by liquid nitrogen vaporization back into your cooling system.

Application Equipment

  • Inerting Hood-E

Inerting Hood-E is a highly specific, patented equipment that diffuses nitrogen through plenums for optimal inerting of the solder pot and ensures a consistently low level of residual oxygen within the wave process.

In addition, hot nitrogen within the Inerting Hood-E option increases the heat transfer to the PCB and avoids clogging of the nitrogen diffuser.

  • Atmosphere Controller-E

A dynamic, patented automatic-control system, Atmosphere Controller-E, is designed for the careful monitoring of inert atmosphere into your reflow oven.

  • Water Chiller-E

Highly reliable automated heat exchanger equipment, the Water Chiller-E, is designed for the efficient cooling of your reflow soldering process. Its system works by recycling the cold generated by the liquid nitrogen vaporization back into your cooling system and conveniently plugs into your water-cooling network.
